Each package can be booked independently. PM-Office Basic / Advanced and Center of Excellence are variations that differ in the scope of services. An upgrade is possible at any time.

Project Management Services

In the area of Project Management as a Service, ADVASO offers three different options, depending on the project’s complexity: Simple, Medium, and Complex. The option is determined or defined together with the client.

Price for the service, which consists of two components:

  • A base price per service period including estimated efforts in the form of usable service tokens (1 token equals one working hour).
  • Fixed hourly rate (token) for unplanned or unscheduled efforts.

The pricing models for Project Management Office and Project Support Office can be derived similarly.
